"
I paint what I want to see.

I've been painting professionally for thirty years, and have always been a bold and adventurous representational  artist.

My work is Symbolist in nature, seeking to embody through myth and story what I see in contemporary life.

I am widely-traveled, immersed in literature and music; visionary poetry especially informs these works.

Figure, landscape, still-life; myth in it's raw and vital beauty.  An ongoing theater of color and form.
